Grant Culshaw is a seasoned Finance specialist with 34 years of experience, having worked with renowned institutions such as Westpac, GE Capital, and Coutts & Co. Bank in London.

Early in his career, he recognized the value of tailored financial solutions for businesses and has since applied his expertise across a broad spectrum of companies and industries , including ASX-listed firms like Caltex and Big W.

With a global reputation for integrity and hard work, Grant now focuses on crafting creative finance solutions suited to his clients’ needs and cash flow with a particular specialty in Asset Finance, Commercial Property and Working Capital Solutions.

Career Highlights: After starting his career at Westpac, he gained extensive retail banking experience at Coutts & Co. in London, where he held roles in Personal & Commercial Lending.

He later earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business from Auckland University in 2005 and spent 10 years at GE Capital, rising to Associate Director and earning accolades like Salesperson of the Year for Asia Pacific

At GE, he specialized in structuring finance deals ranging from $1M to $50M for industries such as material handling, civil construction, transport, and mining.

In 2015, Grant joined Newcastle Commercial Finance as Commercial Manager, contributing to the firm’s growth across Australia.

Notably, he won Australian Broker of the Year in 2019, following a top 8 finish in 2018, recognized by The Adviser magazine for industry excellence.
